The most important thing in your diet, aside for your adherence to it, is whether it’s easy or not to follow. Keep it simple and stick to it to see good results.
Taking a look at Brooksy’s transformation pic, I thought I would follow suit. Sometimes, we need to remind ourselves how far we’ve come. The mirror doesn’t show the drastic changes over night.
I can’t wait to compare it again when I’m another 80 pounds thinner.

I think this is VERY important for people to remember.
For me running is about beating my own times, screw what other people can run. I want to destroy my PR’s. The fact that you’re running at all is the important thing.Well, I’m still at the 20 + minute mile, but I’ll get there eventually.
