Made Jaime Eason’s Turkey Meatloaf Muffins using this recipe. Each muffin is 140 calories/ 3PP+ each. Going to freeze these muffins & eat them for lunch this week.

Cheating on CHO with @FageUSA #eatclean #healthyeats

Overnight oats never photograph in an appetizing way but this recipe is delicious & very filling. Chocolate Cake Batter Overnight Oats :
• 1/3 cup of rolled oats
• 1/2 cup of almond milk
• 1/2 ripe banana
• 1 tbsp of chia seeds
• 1 tbsp of pure maple syrup
• 1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
• ground cinnamon to taste
• 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
• Combine ingredients & refrigerate overnight
• 6PP+

Thank you all for your salad dressing suggestions. I will be trying them out soon. Today I tried Lisa’s recommendation since I had the ingredients. I had made something similar before but the honey gives it different flavor. Yum!

Salad: Spinach, apple, pomegranate, red onion & toasted pecans. Dressing: balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, Dijon mustard & honey. 4PP+

Fruit nachos: 2 small apples, banana, melted PB & a sprinkle of cinnamon 5PP+ #WeightWatchers #EatClean

Zucchini Protein Bread for breakfast. I made these last night & they are incredibly tasty. Since I didn’t have a small loaf pan I made them into muffins. 3 muffins = 1 serving.
