I’m sure a lot of you have at least heard of To Write Love on Her Arms. They are a non-profit dedicated to raising awareness for depression and suicide while providing a support community for those affected.

In the month of August, Do Life will be donating 15% of all profits to TWLOHA and their awesome message.

What a great cause!  If I can reach 70 lb loss by the end of August (10.8 pounds to go) I will get a another shirt & sticker.  If not, I will donate what I would’ve spent directly to TWLOHA and no shirt for me.  Either way, TWLOHA wins.
