The Cool Kids

Food prep for the week done. Jamie Eason’s turkey meatloaf muffins in the oven (which I’ll pair with a salad), spaghetti bolognese made with shirataki noodles & steel cut oats have been cooked. Typically I eat my oats with nut butter & banana.

The past couple of weeks I’ve let food control me rather than taking control of my food. I bought healthy snacks for the office & I hope that by preparing meals for breakfast & lunch will help make this week a successful one.

Tomorrow’s weigh-in I expect a gain. Haven’t been binging but I have eaten things that I know I shouldn’t eat.
