I almost talked myself out of working out today. I know I feel great afterwards so why does it take so much for me to get up & moving? Sigh…I also did 30 minutes/ 7 miles on the recumbent bike.
I decided that I’m going to do each week of C25K twice. I figure it can’t hurt & slows the program to a pace that I hope will make it more achievable.
I froze some watermelon Nuun last night & added a couple of ice cubes into my water. So good! Tastes just like a watermelon Jolly Rancher.
