Two for the price of one :: C25K W1D2 & Flashback Friday
My run today can be compared to a car running on empty. I had no energy & 20 minutes into the workout I gave up. My legs felt so heavy & each interval was a struggle. I stopped the treadmill & instead of going back to the locker room, I got on the recumbent bike to clear my head.
After about 10 minutes, I went back on the treadmill & finished today’s run. It wasn’t the best run but I finished what I set out to do today. The girl in the picture on the left wouldn’t have tried at all.
That picture was taken at my heaviest while I was in Helsinki in the summer of 2010.
