Here we go again! Third time’s the charm, right?
Eat crap = run like crap.
But I did run all the running intervals (9 intervals x 1 minute) without stopping.
A couple minutes into my workout on the recumbent bike, my HRM transmitter was on the floor. What was that about? I just continued riding them random hills & got my burn on even though it wasn’t HRM official :)
Work left me feeling very discombobulated today. Example, even though I wore my running shirt to work to support the Boston Marathon, I changed into my workout clothes at home & didn’t realize that I changed shirts until I got to the gym. It was that kind of day. A day that needed froyo as well. That was my pre run fuel which may not have been a good idea.
I feel so out of the loop because I haven’t had a chance to read more about what happened yesterday. I had some family issues to deal with after work yesterday & all I did was catch up on my dash when I got home. But my heart aches & I wish I could do more than wear a shirt to show my solidarity to everyone affected.
