Final week Day 1 : 2 miles
I chose a rather hilly path today & damn did it kick my ass. I’m a sweaty mess but gotta tackle those hills because they will be waiting for me on Sunday.
Today’s mileage doesn’t seem like it’s enough but I’m sticking to the plan. 2 miles on Thursday and then…dun dun dun!
