Jessica - exactly! I was thinking back on the first Do Life 5K & how I struggled with it. I have come so far so I’m really excited about what my future holds for me. I got these shoes in November so I think they are ok. I do need new socks because the ones I have are old.

Annette - the app I use to track my runs is Runkeeper. I like it because it lets me track manually (treadmill details) as well as with the GPS.
