Tumbling about losing weight (113 lbs so far), trying a eat clean way of life, training for my first half marathon, music and other randomness.

Completed c25k W2D2 but barely. Today was a tough workout. I think I was only able to run 1/2 of the intervals without stopping to walk & catch my breath.

I wanted to give up. So much! Usually I try to concentrate on breathing & random shiz but today quitting was all I could think about. But I didn’t. I really hope Day 3 is much better.
