Completed W2D1 of c25k. I was anxious prior to the workout and after my first running interval I was out of breath. I managed to get my breathing back to normal and I was fine after that.

After I ran the first 90 second interval without stopping, I realized that just last week I struggled with running 45 seconds nonstop & I had just done twice as that & I survived. It motivated me to really push myself to fully run each interval & I only walked for about 10 seconds during the third 90 second interval. I call that a win!

I also crossed the two mile mark today. Wheee!

P.S. My lioness hair is in full effect today :D
