I had a gain of .6 of a pound. I know what happened. Too much bread, not enough water and instead of eating 5 to 6 small meals a day, I’ve been eating more like 4 medium size meals due to my schedule. I am still eating clean 95% of the time so that’s a plus. I worked out 4 days this week.
I didn’t go over my daily points allowance, didn’t use my weekly points & I earned 22 activity points. My goal used to be 40 AP’s a week but now that I have my heart rate monitor I realized that I was overestimating how many calories I was burning.
Goals for this week will be to work out 5 days, avoid bread, drink more water and continue to eat clean. I felt really great all week so I am not going to allow this little gain slow me down.
