Today I worked out - 2 miles in 34 minutes. I’ve been dealing with insomnia and bad eating this week. I have been tracking & sticking to my calorie/points goal but I haven’t been eating as clean as I have been for the past two weeks. Lack of good nutrition is makes me feel weak & lethargic and that’s showing up in my energy levels. My goal for tonight is to go to bed before 1am. Seeing as I have been going to bed at 5 or 6 am I think this is an improvement. Hoping to get back to a cycle of normal sleeping habits.
