That's what life should be all about...

Oh yeah, I also am trying to lose weight with Weight Watchers & hope to one day be able to call myself a runner.
The Cool Kids

One of the things that has helped me in being successful at losing weight is the variety of food I eat.  If I get bored, I tend to lose interest & will go after food I know I shouldn’t eat.  I follow several food blogs but one of my favorites has to be Danica’s Daily.  Her recipes are easy to follow for someone like me who doesn’t really know her way around the kitchen & are very tasty.  Plus, she follows WW and gives you the points breakdown.

Today I decided to try the Taco Egg Muffins (recipe).  So easy to make & only 2 PP+ or 106 calories each.  With prep time, it took me about 30 minutes or so to make these goodies.

Yesterday I also tried a recipe for brussels sprouts.  I never thought I would say this but they have become one of my favorite vegetables.  Here’s the recipe for Brussels Sprouts with Bacon, Avocado, and Lime.

.

The next recipe I want to try is the cauliflower crust pizza.  I hope it’s good.

Any other recipes I should try?
