W4D5 - I freaking did it! I walked 5 miles non stop. Woot woot!
I had a goal of completing it in under an hour & a half. My longest distance prior to today was 4 miles on the treadmill with a time of 1:12. I was really excited to have finished it & especially because I didn’t stop at all.
I must remember this feeling of accomplishment whenever I doubt myself. I CAN DO IT!
Now time for a big bowl of watermelon, DayQuil & a bubble bath.
