In regards to my weight loss I have suddenly realized something. I thought that no cared how hurt, angry, and lonely I was. Why would they let me live like this? Why didn’t anyone see my need for help? Turns out everyone around me did care. The only person who didn’t seem to love me enough to try and help…was me. Weight loss is a personal battle one must fight alone. Yes you can get tools and support from others, but in the end of the day you must find the courage to change.
