Weekend recap and weigh in

Yesterday was a bad food day. Bad as in I ate everything in sight. I felt like a bottomless pit & couldn’t get enough food. I lost .5 pounds this week for a total of 101.8 pounds lost so far.  I was expecting a higher loss this week but with the arrival of a bitchy visitor this weekend I understand why the number is rather low.   I stuck to my goal of going back to eating clean with the exception of two meals which I pre-planned at the beginning of the week.  On Friday I went out with friends and only had two cocktails...
